The following criteria for Best Practices supplement information available at the Best Practices web site Best Compliance Practices:
1. When was the practice implemented? Has there been enough time to test it?
2. Is there evidence that the practice works?
3. Is it different from the practices at like organizations?
4. Can Best Practice Forum attendees learn from the practice?
In addition to 8 to 12 Best Practices, the Forum also features national compliance leaders including regulators, enforcement officials and recognized national experts..
The submission deadline of August 15 is fast approaching and many Best Practice submissions have already been received. The sooner you submit your practice, the quicker it can be reviewed. All winners must attend the Forum to present their practice.
