29th Annual Best Compliance Practices Forum

| October 17 – 18, 2024

WHERE: Virtual

The 29th Annual Healthcare: Best Compliance Practices Forum is being conducted on October 17 – 18. Since 1995, the Forum has recognized 238 Best Compliance Practices. Each Best Practice is presented in detail. We select practices that attendees can readily adopt. This year’s winning Best Practices were selected from over 100 submissions.

The Forum was established in 1995 by the Health Ethics Trust in cooperation with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It’s purpose is to highlight practices that can be shared nationally.

This year’s awards reflect compliance practices related to recent guidance from OIH and DOJ.

In addition to Best Practices, the Forum includes presentations by nationally leading compliance professionals. This year’s faculty is outstanding. If you wish to view the full agenda, send an email titled “agenda” to info@corporateethics.com.

The Forum confers 16 CEUs for Health Ethics Trust credentials (CCP, CCE) as well as credit towards other recognized credentials.

We keep Forum tuition low to encourage broad participation and, as always, tuition scholarships can be accessed by calling 703-509-3734.

WHERE: Virtual

Compliance program assessment is a recognized component of an effective compliance program as documented in standards promulgated by the US Department of Justice, the US Sentencing Commission and the DHHS OIG. The Health Ethics Trust has assessed hundreds of compliance programs over the past 26 years and has offered the  Program Assessors Course since 1998.

Attendees not only gain practical experience in assessing compliance programs; they also learn how to bench mark and score compliance programs. Benchmarking is key to the credibility of a program assessment with executive management and the board.

Those who successfully complete the Assessors Course are qualified to serve in the Trust’s Compliance Program Certification process as peer reviewers.

This one-day intensive course is next offered on December 6. Because of the interactive nature of this course, enrollment is limited. Enroll early to claim one of 15 available seats. Find information concerning this program at Assessors.
