DOJ & OIG Guidance: What’s New? | January 25 | 1:00 – 2:30 PM ET

After decades of relative quiet, DOJ and the DHHS OIG have issued guidance documents for compliance programs that are highly detailed and, in some ways, surprising. For example, the recent DHHS OIG Compliance Program Guidance radically redefines the long-standing sixth element of an effective compliance program.

Lynn Barrett. Esq. and Senior VP Health Ethics Trust will provide detailed coverage of all of the changes. Lynn is the Trust’s most popular presenter and has served as chief compliance officer and. separately, general counsel to large healthcare systems. She also serves as an IRO for organizations with corporate integrity agreements. She is without question the Trust’s most popular presenter and her slides are very detailed and ptovide a roadmap to changes required by these guidance documents.

Enroll at compliance program guidance.

Free to Health Ethics Trust member and $99 for non-members.
